Good News!
Following the Government announcement on 22nd February, we have a provisional opening date of April 12th. This will be confirmed on April 5th giving us enough notice to get you all booked in.
We know you are all eager to have an appointment booked but as the date is provisional we feel its better to wait for the confirmation to save the chaos of having to re-arrange.
As with previous return from lockdown we will initially contact January - March cancelled bookings and then will open our telephone lines/email/online booking Tuesday 6th April. We will update you if these dates change.
Thanks to everyone for your patience and ongoing support and should you need any help or advice you can message here or email salon@lesliefrances.com.
If you have any of the Covid 19 symptoms or have been advised to isolate or quarantine could you please cancel your appointment and reschedule.
Our Salon Guidelines
It is now mandatory that wearing a mask when inside will greatly minimise the spread of the virus. Our team will be wearing masks/ visors and we ask that clients will also wear a mask. Clients can bring their own or purchase a disposable one from us.
We also ask that clients come at their appointment time and alone where possible to help with social distancing. Our waiting areas are limited.
We would ask clients to not bring shopping bags and that clients hang their coat themselves in the bag provided.
Hand sanitizer will be available when you enter the building and throughout your visit.
We will check your temperature remotely when you check in at reception.
We are using every other work station to ensure social distancing between clients.
Work stations, brushes and combs will be sanitised for each client.
Fresh clean gowns and towels laundered at 60 degrees for each client as we have always done.
The advice is not to serve refreshments at this time. However, you are welcome to bring a bottled drink.
There will be no magazines but you can use our free Wi Fi for your personal devices.
Card payments preferred. We are adding a £2 service charge to help meet the extra and ongoing costs incurred to help protect our clients and our team. Once measures can be relaxed the surcharge will be removed.
We will practise social distancing where possible.
