Equality & Diversity

Leslie Frances cares about our employees and apprentices and embraces an equality & diversity policy, a learner behaviour policy and a safeguarding policy. We recognise that equality means commitment in giving the same entitlement to all whilst realising that all people have unequal starting points in life and opportunities.

This implies the need for specific action: positive action to combat deprivation and disadvantage in particular circumstances.

In order to assess those unequal starting points and to assess how best to improve the circumstances of those at disadvantage, Leslie Frances gives equal treatment and opportunities to all participants in all matters regardless of any of the 9 protected characteristics identified in the Equality Act 2010.
