Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) Service Offer

At Leslie Frances Training, we are committed to providing high quality, impartial Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to help learners make informed decisions about their education, training and career progression.

Our IAG service is available before enrolment, throughout the apprenticeship programme and after completion. We aim to ensure every learner receives the support they need to achieve their goals and progress successfully.

Our service includes:

  • Information about our courses, apprenticeships and entry requirements.
  • Careers advice and guidance to help learners make informed choices.
  • Initial assessment to identify individua learning and support needs.
  • Advice on English, maths and digital skills development.
  • Information on financial, wellbeing and safeguarding support.
  • Regular progress reviews and target setting.
  • Guidance on progression to higher-level qualifications, employment or further training.
  • Signposting and referral to specialist support services where appropriate.

Our Information, Advice and Guidance is:

  • Confidential and accessible.
  • Inclusive and responsive to individual needs.
  • Delivered by knowledgeable and experienced staff.
  • Regularly reviewed to ensure continuous improvement.
